How it is handled
Form submissions are transmitted through our hosting and email delivery providers to the OPM mailbox responsible for inquiries. We retain inquiry information only as long as reasonably needed for the conversation, business records and applicable obligations.
Your choices
You may choose not to submit the form. If you have already contacted us, you can reply to the resulting email conversation to request an update or deletion, subject to any applicable record-keeping requirements.
This website does not use advertising cookies or sell form-submission data.
